CricX are excited to announce Central Indians Cricket Club’s signing of Ben Holt for the 2023/24 season.
Holt is a front line left arm seamer who bowls with good pace and a powerful right handed lower order batsman capable of winning a game with either discipline. The Englishman plays for Elworth Cricket Club in the strong ECB North Staffs & South Cheshire Premier League and in 2022 picked up 47 wickets for the 1st XI side at an average of 17 with an impressive strike-rate of 25.
The young quick has been a part of the Cheshire set up since the age of 10, and has developed right through to the Cheshire CCC 2nd XI side and is knocking on the door the for the main side. The talented Englishman is also a keen coach and works in schools throughout the week and is keen to be part of a junior coaching structure when overseas this winter.
