CricX are delighted to announce Narre South CC‘s signing of Callum Nicholls for the 2023/24 Season.
Nicholls is a very impressive batsman from Wales, who plays for Glamorgan County Cricket Club.
Nicholls is a consistent run scorer, with 28 hundreds to his name. Having a small taste of first team action for Glamorgan in the NCCA showcase fixture he is determined to push on and become a First class cricketer moving forward
Having Dominated Junior age group cricket for wales having scored over 4,000 runs at a average of 51.44 with 14 hundreds and 20 fifties, Callum has adapted his game into men’s cricket scoring a 97 for Glamorgan 2s in the 4 day competition and a match winning 76 in the t20 competition.
Aside from Glamorgan commitments Callum plays his league cricket for St Fagans in the SWPL. St fagans have been a dominant force in the league with Callum helping them win it 3 years in a row. In the last 2 years Callum has averaged over 40 with over 1,200 runs and 5 Hundreds to his name.
Last year Callum played club cricket in Melbourne for Hampton Cricket Club where he was leading run scorer for the 1st team. Before Callum went to Melbourne he played in a young lions invitational team where he scored a 100 and Captained the side.
