Warminster is delighted to announce the signing of South African batter, Isaac Dikgale, for their 2024 West of England Premier League campaign.
Dikgale is a talented batter playing for the ITEC Knights in South African domestic cricket.
Since his debut in March 2016, Dikgale is now closing in on 100 domestic matches. He has featured for several provincial sides including the likes of North West, Western Province, Cape Cobras, Central Gauteng, and now represents the Free State Knights.
Throughout his career, he has racked up 2,000 plus runs with his solitary century (101*) being his highlight to date. Dikgale has also enjoyed higher representative honours, having featured for a South African Invitation XI, and the South Africa Emerging Players during the 2017/18 season.
The batting all-rounder has also enjoyed two successful stints in the Bradford League abroad (2022-23). Playing for Lightcliffe, he has racked up 1,201 runs at 42.89 with 5 fifties, 3 hundreds, and a highest score of 152. He also bagged 40 wickets at 15.73 with best figures of 5-21 with his off-spin.
For the 2024 season, Dikgale has sought pastures new and has signed with Warminster for their West of England Premier League campaign.
