Nathan Twidell (18) is a hugely talented wicket-keeper from Cheshire, England.
A youngster with an incredible work ethic, the 18-year-old is a terrific wicket-keeper batsman currently playing for Caldy Cricket Club in Division Two of the ECB Liverpool & District Competition.
Having recently signed for Caldy ahead of the 2024 UK season, Twidell joined from Neston CC after a successful stint in their junior pathway. He took an impressive 25 stumpings for the club back in 2022, whilst also contributing 500 runs across all formats.
In 2023, Nathan again impressed, racking up 400 runs, including 4 half-centuries and averaging over 25 for the season. Having played 2XI for Neston across the last two summers, the left-handed youngster made the switch to Caldy to seek 1st XI opportunities in 2024.
A passionate and ambitious individual, Nathan is now seeking opportunities in the Southern Hemisphere ahead of the 2024/25 season. No doubt a handy pick up for any club looking to add a young player who has the ability to contribute both with the bat, and in the field.
Nathan has recently signed with Muchea Cricket Club for the upcoming North Suburban Community Association campaign.
