CricX are excited to announce Hallora Cricket Club’s signing of Harvey Jupp for the 2023/24 season.

Jupp is an exciting young leg spinner from Cheltenham, England.

A former Gloucestershire junior, Harvey now represents Oxford Cricket Club at senior 1st XI level. Playing in the Home Counties Premier Cricket League, the exciting prospect made the switch to Oxford from Stroud Cricket Club at the beginning of the 2021 season.

In 2022, the left-arm leggy picked up 34 wickets at an average of 25.65, including a best of 4/38. This backed up an impressive first season at the club, Harvey also picked up 31 wickets at 19.61 back in 2021. Also a left-handed middle-order batter, the Southerner is a capable batsman who has a best of 73 for his current club side.

Often In short supply, Harvey is a left-arm wrist spinner and is used as a strike bowler in all formats of the game. Having represented Gloucestershire County Cricket Club throughout age group cricket, He has now moved to Minor County side Oxfordshire with the aim to continue his development.
