CricX are delighted to announce South Caulfield Cricket Club’s signing of Kaz Szymanski for the 2023/24 season.
Szymanski is an ex professional cricketer who has played for Glamorgan and Somerset.
The Englishman is front line seamer and more than handy lower order batsman. Szymanski isn’t currently contracted to a county and is playing for Swansea in the South Wales Premier League, where he has taken over 100 1st XI wickets in the last 2 and half years at under 20. During this time he has also been playing for Devon County Cricket Club in the NCCA, and has picked up plenty of 5 wicket hauls at that level the last few years.
The quick is no stranger to playing overseas having played Premier Cricket in both South Africa and Australia in recent years. The Englishman has also played alot of County 2nd XI cricket over the last few seasons, and has best figures of 8-21 for Glamorgan against Sussex. The seamer has also represented England at under 19s level.
