Connor Parr (18) is an impressive young bowler from Huddersfield, England.
A tall right-arm seamer, the 18-year-old often takes the new ball for his current Huddersfield Championship side, Armitage Bridge Cricket Club.
A skillful youngster, Connor has taken over 50 1st XI wickets playing the the ECB Competition over the last two season. Already this year the Yorkshire based seamer has taken 30 wickets at an astonishing average of 6.49. If that wasn't impressive enough, whilst opening the bowling for his club side, Connor has a current season economy of 2.5.
No doubt a talented bowler, he also has the ability to bat in the middle-order. A right-hander with a good technique, Parr is currently struggling for opportunities in a strong 1st XI batting line up. Able to apply himself and score handy runs, the Englishman is able to influence the game through out.
Now seeking a season in the Southern Hemisphere, Parr is available for the entire 2024/25 New Zealand season, and no doubt a handy pick up. Also holds an ECB Level 1 coaching qualification.
