Keon Harding is an exciting quick who made his West Indies ODI debut against Bangladesh in January 2021.
The Barbadian seamer had previously traveled to England with the Windies squad in 2020, having earned selection courtesy of his domestic exploits.
In his 21 first-class, and List A matches apiece, he has bagged 65 wickets at 27.84, and 34 wickets at 23.14, respectively.
Harding was the West Indies Emerging Players’ leading wicket-taker during the 2019/20 Regional Super50 (18 wickets at 16.66), before taking 29 wickets at 23.20 for Barbados during their championship-winning WICB Four-Day Series campaign.
The previous summer he’d captured 16 wickets at 19.12 in red-ball cricket to throw his name into national contention.
Having now played a solitary match for the Windies he aims to return to the fold in the future.
Over the past two UK seasons, the talented quick for Mayfield in the Sussex Cricket League. His exploits in the 2022 season (628 runs at 69.78 and 27 wickets at 19.52) helped the club to promotion, and birth in the Premier League for the 2023 season. Unfortunately, injury impacted his return to bowl, but he produced some fine performances with the bat for Mayfield (590 runs at 34.71), and also a match-winning 77 from only 38 balls for our CricX XI v Italy in July 2023.
The Barbadian star is looking for a full domestic season in 2023/24 and thereafter will be seeking further opportunities abroad.
