** Updated profile for 2025 coming soon... **

Kevin Kasuza is a high-class batter who formerly opened the batting for Zimbabwe in Test cricket.

Following years of toil, and dominance, on the domestic circuit, Kasuza was finally rewarded with Test selection in January 2020. He made an immediate impression, striking a half-century (63) on debut against Sri Lanka, before hitting 38 in the second Test later that month. He has since played 7 Tests where he has scored 249 runs at 22.63.

Kasuza has always been a player that has promised plenty, and in recent times, has delivered in spades in both first-class and List A cricket to justify Test selection. A former Zimbabwean Under-19 star, Kasuzu shot to prominence in his second season of professional cricket (2011/12). He struck two centuries to finish inside the top 5 run-scorers in Zimbabwe’s Pro50 Competition. He followed up with his maiden Logan Cup century (132*) the following season and has been incredibly consistent in both red and white-ball cricket since.

In 2016/17, he enjoyed a barnstorming season hitting 446 runs at 44.60 with a century and 3 half-centuries, then backed-up with 335 runs at 32.22 in 2017/18. A lean 2018/19 summer preceded another belting Logan Cup campaign scoring 415 runs at 51.87 (2019/20) to prompt his Test call-up.

The talented batter, who comes recommended by Zimbabwean legend Hamilton Masakadza, is now eager to showcase his skills abroad from the 2024 season onwards.

A high-class performer and someone who will get heavily involved with junior coaching which is a strong passion of his.
