A highly promising talent, Joseph rose to prominence through standout performances for St. Benedict’s College (La Romain) and Preysal Sports Club, where he shared the field with former West Indies Test cricketer Narsingh Deonarine.
Known for his aggressive batting style, particularly as an opener, Joseph earned selection for the ICC Under-19 World Cup in 2020. While he didn’t dominate the tournament, he showed glimpses of his potential with a fighting 38 against England and later notched his U19 career-best of 44 against Canada.
Post-U19s, Joseph committed to developing his game with the goal of breaking into the first-class circuit. His efforts were rewarded with selection for the West Indies Academy in the WICB 4-Day Provincial competition in February 2024. He scored 143 runs at an average of 28.60 across three matches. In the following season, he added two half-centuries in four matches, tallying 181 runs at 30.16.

He shared the dressing room with international stars including Mark Chapman (NZ), Will Smeed (ENG), Yasir Shah (PAK), and Dawlat Zadran (AFG), further broadening his cricketing experience.
Earlier in his career, Joseph also had a successful stint in the UK, playing for Diss Cricket Club during the 2022 Norfolk Alliance season. In his first overseas campaign, he amassed 661 runs at an impressive average of 41.31. Now based in San Fernando, Trinidad, he is eager to return to the UK for a second club stint in 2025, continuing to build his international credentials.
