Pasindu Ushettige is a high quality left arm spinner who has has been a stand out, mainly in white ball cricket over the last five years.
He made his List A debut in 2019 for Sri Lanka Ports Authority CC and has since been a mainstay for Ace Capital CC and Negombo CC, where he forged a reputation as a reliable and dependable SLA bowler who uses flight, guile and subtle changes of pace to give control and offer a wicket taking option for his side. He has also recently been rewarded with National Super League selection for Colombo on the back of his strong showing in recent years.
Whilst his success has mainly been in white ball cricket to date (53 List A wickets at 18.67), Pasindu is targeting a strong red ball season in Sri Lanka this season and is thereafter seeking opportunities abroad to showcase his talents.
