Sanoj Darshika is a highly talented batting all-rounder with a standout record both in Sri Lankan domestic cricket and UK league cricket.
Since making his first-class debut in 2018/19, Darshika has featured for several top Sri Lankan sides including Bloomfield, Panadura, Chilaw Marians, Colts, and most recently, Galle District. A consistent performer, he has amassed 2,400 runs at 38.09 in 46 first-class matches, alongside 18 wickets with his leg-spin. In List A cricket, he has added a further 943 runs at 27.73.
A former Prince of Wales College standout, Darshika has also excelled abroad. During his three-season stint with Denby in the Drakes Huddersfield League (2021–23), he piled on 3,119 runs at a staggering 62.73, including 10 centuries (two doubles) and 18 fifties, while also taking 29 wickets at 16.44 with six five-wicket hauls.
With his proven run-scoring ability and useful leg-spin, Darshika is set to be a highly sought-after signing for UK club cricket in the 2026 season.
